Exchange & Return Policy

How do I exchange & return an item? Easy as 1-2-3!
At Swimme we want to make sure that you enjoy your items and that they fit you the way you want. If any of our items fails to meet your expectations, simply return "non-sale merchandise" within 30 days in a new and unused condition and we will gladly exchange it or refund your merchandise price. “Sale merchandise” is only available for an exchange or store credit. Some styles are "final sale". To find out if the style you are interested in is available for exchange or is "final sale", please check the product description within the product. Shipping and processing charges are not refundable.
Our return or exchange process is easy!:

  1. Just fill out the “Exchange & Return online form
  2. Prepare your package for shipping. You can use FedEx, UPS or priority mail, we recommend that you ask for a tracking number.
  3. Ship your Items back to us. Done!

    Exchange Policy
    Each item can be exchanged a maximum of two times. In case the exchange is for a different size or for a different item, we will ship it back to you at no additional cost if the free shipping promotion applies to this item. 
    Return Policy
    In case you want to return an item, shipping and processing costs will be subtracted from your refund. The refund will be made to the same credit card from which the purchase was made. Credit card companies usually suggest waiting for two  billing cycles for the amount to show up in your statement. If you received our free shipping promotion, you will be deducted a $9.75 shipping and processing fee. Note that this fee is only deducted on refunds. Exchanges and/or store credit will not incur this fee.
