You may return within 30 days of shipment date for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please note that exceptions apply to “sale” items. If your “return form” has been misplaced, you may click “Exchange & Return online form” to download a copy of the form:
1. Swimme may refuse any items where it is clear that swimwear has not been tried on over your own underwear. Please also make sure that the suit is not exposed to pet hair, smoke, or any other expose that may affect the quality and appearance of the suit.
2. All returned items must be in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, with hygienic liner and all labels attached.
3. Please fill out any relevant information on the “Exchange & Return online form” in your package before sending items back to us.
4. Before returning, please make sure that the item is not listed in our ‘exceptions’ which cannot be returned. See "Exchange & Return Policy" at Home page.
How to Return:
Inside of your shipment, you should have received a return form. Please simply fill out all of the information, package your return, including the return form, and send it back to Swimme via a carrier method of your choice. Our address is as follows:
